Expanding into Lahore officially on the 1st of November 28, 2019 Mauqa has successfully provided jobs to more than 50 individuals in their first 25 days. Something that we should all be proud of!
Mauqa Online started in Islamabad for the purpose of making all homes a happier place. For their customers it is an easy to use Mobile App that’s helps them with their day to day house work and for their employees, the helpers Mauqa is a great working opportunity that provides better work conditions, compensation, and benefits.
To provide some comfort to the consumers Mauqa works in a very commendable manner. They follow a very formal framework to provide a sense of security to the individuals that are going everyday to the consumers house. Their framework includes hands on field work for recruitment, they identify geographical locations that would have potential employees, visit these places and spread the word around for the occupations. After that once an employee is interested to work for Mauqa Online they use multiple authentication services to verify the individuals. Pretty neat.
Very much like corporate employees, Mauqa Online treats their employees in the same manner. Mauqa Online gives them medical insurance and wait for it, they also give them free pick and drop from pickup points (that are strategically placed near identified geographical locations). I mean, I love my office but even I don’t have medical insurance and free pick and drop.
