The most exciting thing about daftarkhwan is our habit of questioning the fundamentals every 15 minutes or so. 2019, more so than any other, has been a year of reflection & consolidation. We’ve been thinking deeply about our purpose as an organization and how we can strive to achieve it. In that process, we’ve been studying the daftarkhwan machine closely and tweaking, questioning & overhauling any & every part that would allow us to go 10x faster. We added rockstars to our family to help the whole grow richer & more powerful.

It has been the year of examining our initial 3-site, 300-member, 70-organization scaleup and testing whether our community, new & old, are getting the same sense of comfort & excitement that is synonymous with the name ‘daftarkhwan’.

Most importantly, 2019 has been the year of a reawakening: a clarity of mission and an urgency to deliver more and deliver better. We have been privileged to host in our community some of the best startups of the country. And privileged, even more, watching them grow and take on insurmountable challenge after insurmountable challenge and make cakewalk of it all. Our community inspires us to be better and spread.

2019 has lit a fire.

So, as we arrive on the new year, we will have to ask you not to blink. We’re about to pop up close to wherever you are and wherever you’ve been wanting to go. We’re about to redefine the way you work again — and possibly another time before the year is over.
